Mama smile

We keep asking Ella, "Can you say 'mama'?" Not because we expect her to bust out some words but because she makes THIS face...every time.

Five Months Old!!!

I'm five months old today! (okay, yesterday)





So, what's new with me?
- I'm expanding my palate. I've tried rice cereal, apples, bananas, peaches and now, pears. So far, pears are the only thing that made me happy immediately...
- That and basil...

- Still no teeth, but more drool than I know what to do with.
- I went to the Children's Museum, the Aquarium and the MFA. I like the fishies the best.
- I love my Mommy, but some days, I'm a big ol' Daddy's Girl.

- Now that it's nice out, I take my puppies for walks. And now, I can sit in the stroller like a big girl!

- Mommy says my smile can light up a room.

- Oh, and according to our home scale, I'm now about 18.8 lbs, which means I'm wearing 6-9 month clothes. I make them look GOOD!

Working Hard at PT

Most babies can chill out, but Ms. Ella has to work hard at physical therapy every week. Luckily, she's a good little worker bee...and she loves her therapist.

Spring Day!

After months of cold weather, it was finally nice enough to bring the wee one outside to play!

Fishies!

Ella is fascinated by all things that move, so we decided that a trip to the aquarium would be a good first step in turning her into a fish like her parents. It went amazingly well - she loved it!!



Getting a good breakfast of peaches...at least whatever actually made it into her mouth.
